However, by providing User Submissions to Vibrizonegi, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such User Submissions in any media.

• You own or have the necessary rights, licenses, consents, and permissions to use and authorize Vibrizonegi to use your User Submissions
• Your User Submissions do not violate any third party's intellectual property rights, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other personal or proprietary rights
• Your User Submissions do not contain any defamatory, obscene, offensive, or illegal material

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

• Any claim that your User Submissions caused damage to a third party

8. Changes to the Terms

9. Termination

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Montreal, Quebec.

11. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable.

12. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Vibrizonegi regarding the Site and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements, representations, and understandings between you and Vibrizonegi.
